Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by using generation credits or accessing AI-generated content, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for that transaction. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective services.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not used any generation credits, you may request a full refund.
3. Credit Packs
One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If credits have not been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@tempto.io with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in account suspension. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly.
